Shipping policy

Orders for delivery within the UK are £12 and are sent by Royal Mail. Delivery time is next day guaranteed delivery for orders received before 4 pm.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched. Please note that orders placed by 4 pm on Friday for next day guaranteed will be delivered on Monday.

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. All deliveries are made between 9 am - 1 pm, which would need to be signed for (except bank holidays).

Failure to sign for the delivery would result in the package being sent back to your local postal depot for collection.

International orders for delivery outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail Airsure, which is charged at £25. The delivery time is 5-7 working days.

Express International orders for delivery is charged at £65. International signed for orders to Africa are sent by DHL.

The delivery time is 2-3 working days and is charged at £70. Delivery time for all International orders should be received before 4 pm GMT.
